Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ashley Resort, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, no-shows, and refunds for your room reservations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before their scheduled check-in date.
  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and fail to notify the hotel ("No-Show"), the total price of the reservation will be charged and the remaining nights will be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during booking. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Modifications to Bookings

Modifications to reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur rate differences. Please contact our reservation team as early as possible to request changes.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control that prevent the hotel from operating, full refunds or free date changes will be offered at the hotel's discretion.
