1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out Time: By 11:00 (11:00 AM). Late check-out may be arranged upon request subject to availability and extra fees.
Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification (Passport or NIC) is required for all guests upon check-in.

2. Booking & Payment

A valid credit card or advance payment is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment for the stay is typically required upon check-in unless prepaid online.
All rates are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property or amenities during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed to the guest's account.
Ashley Resort maintains a strict "Quiet Hours" policy from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.

4. Children & Extra Beds

Children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Extra beds/cots are available upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Liability

Ashley Resort is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Safety deposit boxes are provided in rooms for your valuables. Guests park their vehicles at their own risk.

6. Code of Conduct

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, or disturb other guests or staff, without refund.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share guest details with third parties unless required by law.
